Standard shipping is free. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 2 - 3 business days for delivery based on the transit time of the selected service.
Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. All orders received after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.
Shipping To PO Boxes
We can deliver to PO Boxes and APO or FPO addresses. We also deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.
We do not ship our products internationally. We’ll proudly ship to all 50 states in the USA.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the USPS site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cutoff time, it will be processed the following business day. Packages do not ship from our distribution center on weekends or the following US holidays:

Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsCertain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as tobacco), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
